  11. improvement package.  This kit is loaded with credit investment
  12. tactics and situational advice.  It has forms for requesting
  13. credit reports and repairing credit reports.  The forms are all
  14. user customizable to fit unique credit situations.  It even shows
  15. users how to start fresh and legally create a new credit file!
  16. The program employs pop-up menus and is very user friendly.  There
  17. are help screens and instructional areas to help users step by step
  18. through the entire program.  It basicly enables the user to have
